Live Betting Guide
How Live Betting and Cash Out Work
Live betting (in-play betting) lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds move in real time based on how the match develops — for example, when a goal or red card occurs, the market will pause briefly before reopening with updated odds.
This means players who follow the match closely can take advantage of odds movements to get better value compared to regular pre-match betting.
Popular Live Betting Markets
Live Asian Handicap
A handicap market adjusted in real time as the match progresses — odds shift based on Team A's current position relative to Team B.
First Half Over/Under
Bet on the total number of goals in the first half only. Useful when you have already spotted early attacking patterns in the match.
Next Team to Score
Predict whether Team A or Team B will score the next goal — this market closes immediately after a goal is scored.
Total Corners
Bet on the number of corners within a set period — popular because teams that are chasing the game tend to produce more corners.
Badminton: Set Winner and Total Points
For badminton matches, you can bet on the winner of the next set or the total points in a single set.
What Is Cash Out?
Cash Out lets you settle a bet early before the match ends, at a value that follows the current live odds. The Cash Out value can be higher or lower than your potential full winnings — depending on how the match is going at that point.
There are two types: Full Cash Out (closes the entire bet) and Partial Cash Out (locks in part of the winnings while letting the remaining stake run). This option is available on many markets within the goat77 platform.
Players often use Cash Out when their chosen team is winning in the final minutes but the game is getting tight, or when the opposing team starts to dominate.
3 Practical Cash Out Tips
Jackpot & Big Wins
Types of Jackpot Games at goat77
A range of jackpot types is available on the goat77 platform — each with its own mechanics that determine how the prize accumulates and is claimed.
Progressive Jackpot Slots
The prize builds continuously from every bet placed by all players. This jackpot can be triggered randomly on any spin, making every spin a meaningful opportunity.
Fishing Game Jackpot
In interactive fishing games, the jackpot is won when a player successfully shoots a special large fish that appears periodically. The higher the shot value, the bigger the reward that can be claimed.
Live Casino Side Jackpot
At certain live casino tables, there are dedicated side bets that offer a separate jackpot. Players who land a specific card or number combination are eligible to win this jackpot during a live session.
Multi-Tier Jackpot
Some slots and games offer multi-level jackpots — Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand — where each tier has a different value and its own trigger condition.

The same minimum deposit — RM30 (equivalent value) — applies, and withdrawal time is consistent at 10-45 minutes. This facility is available to users aged 21 and above only.
Tether
A stablecoin pegged to the US dollar — stable in value and faster to transact than other crypto assets. Suitable for those who want to avoid price fluctuations.

Ethereum
The Ethereum network offers good confirmation speeds. A popular choice for players who already hold ETH in their digital wallet.

A larger deposit gives more: deposit RM800 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,300, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 25 = RM12,500. This welcome bonus is a first deposit bonus that must be wagered 25 times before winnings can be withdrawn.

Betting Guide
Practical Tips for Smarter Betting
Good betting starts with knowledge. Here is a practical guide to help you make more informed decisions.
Manage Your Bankroll with Discipline
Set a limit on what percentage of your balance to use per bet — most experts recommend no more than 3-5% of your total bankroll on a single bet. This protects you from losing your entire capital in one session.
Understand How Odds Work
Decimal odds are the most common format on Malaysian platforms. Odds of 2.50 mean every RM1 staked returns RM2.50 including the stake. Understanding this helps you assess the true value of any market.
Smart Mix Parlay Strategy
Mix parlay is popular among Malaysian football fans for its high multiplication potential. However, limit the number of legs in your parlay — the more legs, the higher the risk. Pick matches you genuinely understand.
Check Statistics Before Betting
Before placing a bet on an EPL or La Liga match, review head-to-head records, player conditions, and home or away statistics. This data often gives a clearer picture than gut feeling alone.
Avoid Emotion-Based Betting
Do not chase losses by doubling your next bet. Betting decisions made under emotional pressure are rarely based on sound analysis. Take a break after a few consecutive losses.
Use Deposit and Loss Limits
Set a daily deposit or loss limit on your account. This is one of the most effective responsible gambling measures — it keeps your betting activity within a planned budget.
Find Value in Odds (Value Betting)
Value betting means identifying markets where the odds offered are higher than the actual probability of that outcome. It requires deeper research but can give you a long-term edge.
Licensing and Player Protection
Regulatory Context and Protection for Malaysian Players
goat77 operates under international licensing that requires compliance with established gaming standards. This includes obligations around game fairness, player data protection, and the segregation of player funds from the company's operating assets.
Malaysian players are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws relating to online gambling that apply in their area of residence. goat77 does not provide legal advice and encourages all users to obtain relevant information based on their personal situation.
Independent RNG Testing
Random number generators are audited by independent bodies to ensure game outcomes are genuine and cannot be manipulated.
Player Funds Segregated
Player deposit funds are held separately from the company's operating funds to ensure account balance security.
Age Limit 21 Years
Age verification is carried out during the registration process. goat77 only accepts members aged 21 and above.
Responsible Gambling Programme
Self-limit tools, deposit limits, and self-exclusion options are available to all members at no charge.
Important Note: goat77 is not regulated by any Malaysian government agency. Players are responsible for understanding the legal status of online gambling in their area.
